Unified Connected Apps management and consolidated navigation

Major Upgrade

The marketplace now provides a single entry point for importing apps and a new Manage Connected Apps page where buyers and administrators can review, sync, and manage every imported app from one screen. Legacy Assign Apps flows and duplicate import entry points are deprecated, and users are redirected to the new flows.

What's changed?

The new navigation provides the following capabilities:

Unified import entry pointA single Import Apps entry point is available from the primary navigation and from catalog call-to-action (CTA) buttons. It replaces the multiple fragmented paths used previously.
Legacy entry points deprecatedLegacy Assign Apps flows and duplicate import entry points are deprecated. Users are redirected to the new flows, with contextual mapping applied where feasible.
Connected Apps management pageA consolidated page lists all imported apps with their last sync status, quick actions, and links to the import wizard for guided edits.
Consistent navigation behaviorBreadcrumbs, back navigation, and contextual help are standardized across all import and management flows.

New Manage Connected Apps page

Administrators can open the new Imported Apps management page from Manage > Account > Connected Apps. The page lists every imported app and supports the following quick actions:

Feature enablement

This feature is enabled by default.

Setting enablement

The Enable Import Apps for Company Admins setting must be enabled in the Manage > Marketplace > Settings > SETTINGS | Marketplace Functionality > Customer UI section.
